Balta Rugs designs, manufactures, and distributes stylish yet affordable machine-made rugs across the US. As the Marketing and Design Manager, I lead the full design process from initial brand concept, to final execution of assets. This includes hands-on work across all stages: ideation, art direction, design, and production. I develop the creative vision for all marketing campaigns and tradeshows, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand’s goals and aesthetic.
